Elysian is an unregistered startup based in Sri Lanka. For support, privacy requests or refunds, contact elysianhq.info@gmail.com.
Elysian operates Elysian Unity Assistant. This notice describes the account information and Unity project data processed by the website, plugin and hosted service.
Account and billing information
We process your email, account identifier, creation date, subscription status, billing-provider identifiers and daily session, message and tool-call counts. Hosted sign-in uses Amazon Cognito. Payment details are collected by the payment provider at checkout; the application stores subscription references rather than full card numbers. Elysian access keys are stored as one-way hashes with a visible prefix and usage timestamps.
Messages, code and project context
The plugin sends your requests and relevant project context through our servers to your selected model provider. Context can include scripts, asset names and metadata, scene layout, tool results and images when used by a feature. Your provider key is sent to the server to authenticate model requests. The plugin saves credentials in local Unity Editor preferences; protect access to your computer.
Chat history is saved locally in your project. That does not mean it remains exclusively on your computer: messages and restored conversation context are processed on the server and sent to the selected model provider. The server also keeps conversation state for continuity.
Indexes, memory and scene sharing
The service builds project indexes to find scripts and assets. Persistent indexes and project memory may survive disconnection and server restarts. Available index retention and deletion controls appear in Unity under Tools / Elysian Index Retention. The configured retention policy determines when eligible data is cleaned up; disconnection does not immediately erase all project data.
The plugin setting “Share scene data to help improve Elysian” allows scene layout and changes to be retained for evaluation and enables related memory features. It is enabled by default in the current plugin; review it before connecting. Turning it off affects future connections and does not erase previously stored records. Ordinary request processing still requires relevant project data.
Why data is processed and who receives it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide requested assistance, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and support users. Hosting and authentication infrastructure, database services, the payment provider and your selected AI provider process data for these functions. These providers may process data outside your country. Their applicable policies also govern their services.
Retention and account deletion
Dashboard / Settings lets you request account deletion. The current process stops billing, revokes Elysian keys and deactivates the application account; the website then removes the sign-in identity. It does not automatically erase all project data, payment records or backups. Project records may need separate deletion. Do not treat deleting a local chat or disconnecting Unity as a server-data deletion request.
Your choices
You can revoke access keys, change scene-sharing preferences and use available project-index deletion controls. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object to processing or complain to a supervisory authority. Avoid submitting secrets or personal information that is not needed for your request.
Browser storage
The website uses browser storage for sign-in sessions and application preferences. Signing out clears the active application session. Payment and authentication services may use their own storage as part of providing those functions.
