Terms of service

Elysian provides Elysian Unity Assistant, a Unity Editor plugin and hosted AI assistance service. These terms apply to your account, plugin access and use of the service.

Using the assistant

You must have permission to use the projects, code and assets you submit. The assistant can inspect and modify your project. Review generated code and changes, keep backups and use version control. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your project.

Accounts and access keys

Provide an email address you control and confirm it before signing in. Keep your password and Elysian keys private. An Elysian key identifies your account; it is separate from your model-provider key. Revoke lost or exposed keys from the dashboard. Do not resell access, share account credentials between people, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Subscriptions and model costs

The checkout displays the total price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes before payment. A six-month subscription is charged in full every six months and renews until cancelled. Access starts after the payment provider confirms your subscription. Your model-provider account and usage charges are separate from the Elysian subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

Manage your subscription from Dashboard / Billing. Cancelling renewal retains access until the paid period ends. Failed payments, expired subscriptions and suspension can stop hosted access. Refunds are handled under our refund policy and any rights that apply by law. Deleting your account ends access and is not a refund request.

Your work

You retain your rights in your projects and inputs. You allow Elysian and the service providers involved in your requests to process the data needed to provide the assistant. We do not claim ownership of your project. Generated output may not be unique; you are responsible for checking third-party rights and licence requirements before distributing it.

Availability and changes

Features, compatible versions and service availability can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output. We may suspend access for misuse or security incidents. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unity and third parties

Elysian is independent of Unity Technologies. The plugin has not yet been published on the Unity Asset Store. Unity and model providers have their own terms. The payment provider is identified at checkout and on your receipt.
